Vacancy - Depot Finance & Admin.Officer
Location: Ibadan
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the depot financial administration and be responsible for all relevant financial and accounting procedures, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
To prepare and maintain up to date accounting system, ensuring that all transations are duly recorded.
Manage the proper collection, reconciliation and banking of all monies.
Process orders and raise invoices for all sales.
Any other assignment that may be given from time to time.
Vacancy - Personal Specifications
Experience:
At least two years of cognate working experience in an accounts office, audit department or depot/branch operations.
Qualifications:
BSC/HND in Accountancy.
Additional SKills:
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel spread in particular).
Exposure to one or more computerised accounting packages or ERP tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skill.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
