Reputable Media Agency and its subsidiary company with head office in Lagos, Nigeria require for competent, focusing and professional individual to fill the below position:
Front Desk Executive - Needed, Nigeria
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
Ideal age should be between 25-30 years.
Job Description:
Provide support in the day-to-day office management like facilitating office supplies request for every department.
Assists all walk-in clients, vendors, etc.
Monitors visitor's access and issues passes when required by keeping an updated schedule of events and information for visitors.
Answers all incoming calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards business calls to appropriate personnel/department.
Receives, sorts and routes business mails by keeping a record of all incoming & out-going correspondence.
