Our Company, Bolfyng (Bids Online For You Nigeria Limited), is a newly setup Innovative E-procurement Company.
We provide an online market platform that connects Nigerian Public Sector Organizations (PSOs), Private Sector and Non-governmental Organizations looking to bid and win contracts with businesses.

Vacancy - Business Development Manager - Needed


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the operations of the company.
This will include driving of operational efficiency and productivity within the organization.


The major responsibilities job description for the position include but not limited to:


Business Development & Marketing:
He/She will Promote and sell Bolfyng.com services; Develop and execute strategic initiatives to target sectors; Respond to RFPs from organizations looking for E-Procurement solutions; and Seek out other business initivatives.


Operations:
He/She will be the main contact person representing Bolfyng.com with regards to operations and business opportunities; He/She will also train customer care and research departments.


Government Relations:
He/She will oversee and enhance relationships with public sector organizations' clients; and facilitate training sessions with public sector purchasers and their clients.


Solution Implementation:
He/She will coordinate the implementation of the Bolfyng.com bid publishing solution to government agencies; and liaise with Bolfyng IT regarding implementation of features.


Qualifications and Requirements:
A university Degree/Equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years management experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on sales and customers care.
Very comfortable with technology and complicated software systems.
Multi-task Ability.
A Self-Starter.
Good Oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience in public procurement is a plus.


Vacancy - Bid Researchers - Needed


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidates will have primary responsibility for information gathering and quality control.
The major responsibilities/job Description for the position include but not limited to:


Scouts the websites, newspapers in print or online for valid and available bid opportunities from Public Sector Organizations, Health Sector, School Boards all across boards all across Nigeria.
He/She will be responsible for gathering all information(new bid, addendum, bid results, award) on a timely manner from websites assigned to him/her and input same into the Bolfyng system.
He/She will Ensure that bids posted follow a uniform template based on Bolfyng's bid publishing standards.
He/She will ensure that all links to the bid source are accurate.


Validate and post bids pulled and generated through Auto Download:
He/She will ensure that all generated bids from autodownload are posted at the end of any given day; and report glitches noted to IT.


Perform Customer Service duties to buyer:
He/She will assist and provide buyers a walk through in posting their bids on Bolfyng; Attend to buyer calls; Provide active partners with updates on the latest features added; Create a buyer account; and validate & activate buyer registration.


Prospect New Buyers:
He/She will Sout the organizations in all sectors and the internet for new buyers with procurement presence across Nigeria and add them to the pool of websites already visited; and disseminate the information to the rest of the team.


Approve Bids/Announcements/Awards:
Maintain various reports assigned.
Bid Statistics; Subscribers from PSO's; Buyer Masterlist; List of partners on the main page; Buyer with landing and reference pages; Awards created by buyers etc.
Re-post technical issues/glitches as it occurs to IT.
Perform bidmatching of bids according to schedule assigned.


Vacancy - Customer Care Representative - Needed


Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidates will have primary responsibility for relationship management with a view to enhance customer experience in the overall interest of the organization.
The major responsibilities/job Description for the position include but not limited to:


Outbound calls to new trial/browsers users and prospecting lists.
Welcome new trial users and upsell subscription services.
Provide further assistance and training to potential clients.
Handle new invitation warm sales calls, invite them to BOlfyng.com and the different services we provide.
Follow up on expired trial service accounts to sell subscription service and provide feedback.
Training of new users; and Prospecting new clients.


Qualifications & Requirements For Position - B & C:
Relevant educational qualifications.
1-2 years of outbound call center and/or tech support experience is preferred for position-B.
3-5 years of outbound call experience is preferred for Position-C.
Excellent customer service/sales skills, drive, and resourcefulness.
Proactive approach to customer and a sale focused attitude.
A Detailed oriented, Quick Learner and Self motivated individual.
Multi-task Ability.
Strong computer skills including MS office and Outlook experience.
