  Location: Taraba - Nigeria
  
  Our Client:
  GECHANN is a reputable Non-Governmental Organization based in Taraba State; implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention program as well as providing a comprehensive quality care and support for Vulnerable Children in partnership with different tiers of Government of Nigeria - Federal, state and local.
  In line with keeping up with the goals and objectives of the project, the need to feel a key position has emerged.
  
  Gechaan Head Office, require the services of a resourceful, experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Program Director.
  
  Program Director.
  
  Job Profile:
  This position reports to the Director General and provides technical, strategic and operational leadership to The New Tomorrows Project bein implemented in (8) LGAs of Taraba State.
  
  Qualifications/Experience:
  Should possess a minimum of a Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Management or public Health.
  Should have at least ten (10) years progressive experience in VC/HIV/HTC/RH.
  Should have proven experience working in a fast paced non-governemental environment, and also with a variety of donors including; USAID, PEPFAR, DFID, the Global Fund among others, with in-depth understanding of their research and evaluation approaches, systems, indicators and guidelines.
  Must have in-depth experience in report writing, proposal writing, work plan/budget development.
  Must have at least five (5) years cognate experience in planning and facilitating trainings/seminars in relation to VC/HIV/HTC/RH.
  Must be proficient in Microsoft word, spreadsheet and Power Point.
  In addition, s/he will be building the capacity of Gechaan staff, partners and stakeholders.
  Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, and ready to work in difficult terrain.
