  Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc (DSR) the largest Refinery in the African
  continent and market leader in the Nigerian sugar refining sector is seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic candidates to support its expansion and market growth plans within the local and West African Market within the new few years to fill the following position:
  
  GENERAL MANAGER,SALES AND MARKETING - NEEDED
  
  Position Objective and Key Responsibilities:
  The Primary Objective of the role is to design, develop and execute innovation sales & marketing strategies to enhance sales performance through driving sales volumes, developing new retail channels,growing market share and  price leadership in all its target market segments in Nigeria.The thrust will also be on driving development of export markets in West African sub region through creative execution to export marketing strategies.
  
  This position will report to the Managing Director.
  
  Position Profile
  A first degree in any discipline with a Master in Business Management  or Marketing
  15 to 20 years  relevant work experience at least 8 - 10 of which should have been at senior management level in FMCG environment.
  Proven track record of performance in a large reputed company.
  Good working knowledge  of West African Sub region
  Excelling interpersonal, Communication and leadership skills.
  Membership of Nigeria Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
