  Good degree in either Surveying, Construction, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.

  Prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
  Must have a methodical way of thinking.
  Ability to work under pressure

  Qualification:
  Good relevant degree
  Excellent verbal and communication skills
  Must be able to formulate excellent facilities management strategies to maintain and improve the facilities.
