  Key Responsibility:
  The Medical Director is responsible for medical leadership, building, motivating and developing a clinical team, to drive forward the development and delivery of the Centre's objectives, and providing strategic medical advice to the Board.
  As an executive member of the Board, s/he will hold corporate responsibility with other Board members for strategic direction and corporate policy making.
  S/he is also Board lead for clinical governance.
  
  Qualifications and Experience:
  Qualified medical professional with unblemished MDCN registration.
  Evidence of continued professional development.
  Recognized postgraduate qualification (s) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
