Our Client, The Community Court of Justice, ECOWAS is looking for IT Officer for its Nigerian office.
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible to the Head of Administration and Human Resources Division
Analysis and development of computer applications;
Development and maintenance of the website of the Court;
Maintenance of existing applications: troubleshooting and technical support;
Development of interfaces between existing and future applications of the Court of Justice in order to obtain a stable and efficient information system;
Participation in all project linked to information system of the Court and ownership of roles that will be his/hers in order to take charge of obligations and time limits;
Establishment of a management solution and coordination of information flow in accordance with the internal information system of the Court;
Participation in the distribution and integration of solutions in production environments of the local area network of the Court (LAN);
First-dass support in the integration of any software solution and training of users in the context of ongoing and future projects;
Implementation of operating manuals for the various systems deployed.
Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Information Technology;
Must have at least seven (7) years post qualification professional experience in a technical and functional management project in which large projects have been carried out to completion;
Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in software and/or web platforms development;
Must have a mastery of the concept and technology of software engineering workshops and have great experience in the design, distribution and use of related databases;
Must have a mastery of Mysql, Postgresql and SOL databases in general;
Must have the ability to use tools or language programming such as HTML, ASP, PHP, C, C++, CSS and JAVASCRIPT;
Must have a good knowledge of the Internet and associated technologies;
Must have a good aptitude for analysis and synthesis, organizational skills and good ability to work as a team in a multicultural environment;
Must have an excellent ability to communicate in French and/or English and/or Portuguese;
A good knowledge of one of the two other languages would be an added advantage.

Must demonstrate experience in managing large scale contact center of more than 500 seats. Previous management experience in managing outsource and multi-language contact center operations an advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage contact center operations to achieve all targets jointly set with the company client e.g. SLA's, Customer Satisfaction Measures, Operating Expenses. Cost and Quality.
Manage day-to-day contact center operations in line with clients' contracted standards and budget but targeting to exceed clients' service expectations through excellent performance and regular action based communications whilst seeking operational cost savings.
Drive cross sale revenue, customer loyalty and retention initiatives.
Adapt regional & international operating processes, best practices and customer requirements to identify, plan and implement improvement plans to achieve long term benefit for the company.
Measure and monitor closely contact center operations KPIs and seek improvements against world benchmarks.
Ensure that CSI vision, goals and policies are clearly communicated and embraced by all employees and shared with client leadership teams.
Ensure high but cost-effective staff morale and team spirit balancing good staff empathy, communications with pay & benefit, chum, recruitment time/cost,skills and training.
Ensure staff being sufficiently trained and functioning in accordance with assigned responsibilities. Ensures employees are treated with professionalism and given guidance and opportunity to succeed within the company according to their capabilities.
