    Community Relations Officer
    Key Responsibilities:
    Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate shall serve as the link man between the host community and the Resort management on issues affecting the tourist centre, management and visitors. He/she will promote good relationship between the Resort management and the communit. Specifically, the candidate will.
    Bring to the notice of the Management all issues that need urgent attention affecting the Resort project and the community.
    Ensure that all visitors coming to the tourist centre are well received and treated by the community.
    Alert the Management as quickly as possible on issues that may bring misunderstanding between the contractor/management of the tourist centre and the community.
    Perform any other functions assigned by the management of the Warm Spring Resort.

    Qualifications / Exxperience:
    A good first degree, preferably in any social sciences discipline from a reputable institution.
    Minimum of four (4) years' relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
    Native of the Warm Spring Resort Community.
    Experience in managing the government, external or community relations of any reputable multinational organisation.
    Proven ability in liaising with community groups/interestes, handling communitions, settling disputes, etc.
    Knowledge of HSE and regulatory requirements.
    Good communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and people skills.
