    The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has asked the merging  All Progressives Congress (APC) to make available copies of its proposed constitution, copies of proposed manifesto and an affidavit in support for the claim in Form PA 1 as part of the registration process for the merging parties.

    APC had filed for registration with INEC on June 5.

    In a letter, signed by its Secretary, Abdullahi Kaugama, and dated June 12, the INEC requested the APC to make available to them 35 copies of its constitution and manifesto

    The letter which was addressed to the national secretariat of the association at 6, Bissau Street, Wuse , reads:“Please, refer to your letter dated June 5, 2013, and find forwarded herewith 35 copies of the commission prescribed Form A1 for your completion and return to the commission.
