    VACANCY - VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVES

    (Lagos and South West)
    Job Profile:
    The Successful candidate will be required to:
    Drive a disciplined coverage of assigned territory/routes
    Ensure assigned brands are available in all outlets within their assigned territory
    Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers
    Manage company assigned to them
    Track and report performace of assigned brands at point of Sales
    Act with integrity

    Exsperiece / Skills Requirement:
    The right candidate must:
    Possess HND/BSCA in any discipline
    Have minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role / or environment.
    Be exceptional at relationship management and direct sales management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
    Have effective written,Oral and presentation skills.
    Be Proficient in the use of MS - office packages Be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
    Can drive and possess a valid driver's license

    VACANCY - AREA SALES MANAGER  - PAN NIGERIAD

    Job Profile:
    The Successful candidate will be required to :
    Lead team of territory managers
    Cascade and focus team on key priorities
    Deliver Business (Sales and people leadership) Objectives for his assingned business area
    Drive for excellence in execution of his team and distributor operations

    Experience and Skills Resquirement:
    The right candidate must:
    Possess HND / BSC in any discipline
    Have four to six (4 - 6) years working experience in a similar role relevent professional qualifications / membership
    Posseess exceptional negotiation and  influencing skills.
    Have effective written,Oral and presentation skills.
    Be highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally.
    Be able to work on own initiative and unger pressure.
    Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams is key

    VACANCY - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

    (East,North,Middle Belt)
    Job Profile:
    The Successful candidate will be required to:
    Deliver growth objectives for the region
    Provide leadership for own and distributor teams
    Develop and manage growth plans with distributors
    Lead and drive the implementation  of the Route to market stretegy

    Experience and Skill Requirement:
    The right candidate must:
    Possess HND / BSC in any discipline
    Have eight to fifteen (8 - 15) years working experience in similar role and / or environment.
    Possess relevant professional qualifications / membership
    Possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
    Have effective written, Oral and Presentation Skills.
    Be highly motivated and able to build close reletioinships internally and externally
    Ability to effectively lead teams is key
