State Team Leader - Needed

The objective of the State Team Leader position is to provide overall leadership and management of the MSH Pro-ACT project in the State and related states/areas in a mananer that strengthens partnerships with the state government and other partners, and leads to sustainable HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts.
Lead the development of an integrated Pro-ACT project plan for the State in collaboration with the Project Director, Director Health Systems Strengthening, Associate Directors, Advisors, and State Specialists.
Operationalize Pro-ACT project plan in the State ensuring efficient coordination of resources to maximize integration and synergy of program areas.
Provides clear documentation of programmatic achievements as well as required data and keeps MSH senior management informed of state activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and take responsibility for management of the state Pro-ACT project budget and all other resources under the direction of Director, Country Office Management Unit (COMU).
Senior Teachnical Officer, Tb Care - Needed
Jobs Responsibilities & Experience Required:
The Senior Technical Officer will provide technical assistance in collaboration with MSH TB Project Director, MSH TB Regional Advisor for Africa, MSH-TB Care I Technical Advisor for Nigeria, TB CARE I lead in Nigeria, National TB and Leprosy Control programme (NTBLCP) of Nigeria and other stakeholders in accordance with the national TB Policy guidelines and International Standards of TB care.
S/he will report to MSH-TB Care I Technical Advisor.
Implement all MSH/TB Care I activities in consistent with TB Care I Nigeria plan, NTBLCP strategic plan and MSH quality standard under the supervision of MSH TB Technical Advisor for Nigeria in collaboration with Nigeria Tb Care I Country Lead.
Provide support to NTBLCP in improving TB case detection, program management, information management for the programmatic management of Drug-resistant TB and strengthen supervision including monitoring and evaluation.

The incumbent will also be responsible for provision of detailed management information for all entities within the Oando Energy Resources Inc. (OER).
The role is responsible for day-to-day supervision of transactions processing; preparing accurate records of all the Company’s finance and accounting transactions with a view to ensuring consistent and accurate reports that reflect a true and fair view of the Company’s financial position at all times. Responsibilities also cover Assets and Liabilities Management, enabling adequate levels of liquidity and working capital to be maintained at all times.
Accountable for ensuring our policies and procedures are in line with IFRS.
Prepares consolidated Financial Statements for group of companies.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Ensure that Fixed Asset sub-ledger is maintained and reconciles to the G/L.
Responsible for coordination of Internal Audit, External Audits and C-SOX work.
Prepares monthly Leadership reports and quarterly reports for the Board including MD&A.

budget and current period vs. prior periods.
Responsible for WHT, Payroll tax and VAT payment.
Generating, maintaining, and distributing monthly client billings and cash call on partners.
Resolve partners issues as it relates to accounting and finance
Track, update and maintain records of lifting positions on assets on a monthly basis
Understand and maintain accounting responsibilities as agreed with partners in JOA
Actively participate in internal and external audits.
Supports the defined needs of the Accounting Department and the organization, including
