FHI360, currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:
Procurement Officer.Key Responsibilities:The Grants Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the grants activities of the Nigeria MAPS Project S/he will oversee and monitor the implementation of activities,reporting,communications,and other functions to ensure successful execution of MAPS awarded grants to up to 30 community based organisations (CBOs) in seven states in Nigeria.
Minimum Requirements:Bsc. in Business Administration,public Health,or related fields requied.Master degree preferred
Minimum of six years of post NYSC relevant experience working with grants management,with includes at least two years of exprience in a managerial role
Prior experience working for an international NGO strongly preferred
Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organizations rules and regulations is required
The Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities:Will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of cross-cutting functions amoug departments on the Nigeria MAPS project.The operation Manager will ensure and improve upon the efficiency of the project implementation inrternal operating procedures, and human resource functions,among other tesks.
The position will require significant daily coordination among dapartments, state offices, and the FHI 360 Countries office and will be responsible for the directly overing operations and procurement staff located in Abuja
Minimum Requirements:Bsc in Business Administration,Human Resources, public Health,or related field required.Master degree preferred .
Minimum of 10 years relevant experince with at least five years experience in a managerial role required.
Prior experience working for an international NGO strongly perferred .
Experience and good working knowledge of USAID and other US Government organization rules and regulations required.
The Procurement Officer.Key Responsibilities: Will manage activities related to the procurement of materials,services, and equipment required by the MAPS project, in collaboration with th program & Admin officer.S/he will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with USAID and FHI 360 regulation and protocols,and will coordinate closely with the operations finance,and technical team to develop and implement a procurement plan in a timely and efficient manner.
s/he will assist with monitoring dapartmental costs, schedules, and performance to ensure approval and transactions and deliveries
Minimum Requirements:Bsc in business Administration or a related field; Master degree preferred
Minimum of five years experince in procurement management
Must be able to read,and speal fluent English.
