  JOB SUMMARY
  To ensure the management of the three critical processes in Benefit Administration. The candidate must demonstrate ownership and provide supervision for all critical processes in Benefit Administration. The candidate must also position the unit to be able to respond to all enquires and queries from clients, management and Regulatory bodies in the course of duty. The candidate must make use of technology to streamline and fast track assigned responsibilities. THe candidate must ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

  Benefit admin processes Mgt.
  Account Reconcilation.
  Good written and oral communication skills.
  
  JOB REQUIREMENT
  Education: B.Sc in Acountancy, Social Science or Business related discipline with strong operation component. An MBA or additional professional qualification will be an added advantage. Must have 5 years experience in a PFA.
