  The Group Head for Legal and Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for ensuring a robust pragmatic and proactive legal service exists across the group, ensuring protection of the group’s interests. He is also to ensure compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory provisions guiding their operations as well as manage all secretariat and management board relationships in line with best in class corporate governance practices.
