  Job description
  The Head of Audit will be responsible for independently conducting audits for the various business units while interacting with management at all levels. He will gain a complete knowledge of the different business and processes subject to audit, obtains information and data, identifies risks, and develops the audit teamwork program and schedule.
  The Head of Audit will report to the Finance Director.
  The position is based in Lagos.
  
  JOB SUMMARY
  Review/establish a risk management framework. Ensure compliance with control procedures. Monitor investment risk profile. Carry out regular audit exercise. Ensure safety of funds and company assets. Apply modern technology to streamline and last track assigned responsibilities. Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.
  
  CORE COMPETENCIES
  In-depth understanding of modern Risk Management approaches as it applies to the pension Reform Act.
  Sound knowledge of modern Internal control processes methodologies.
  Good written and oral communication skills.
  
  JOB REQUIREMENT
  Education: B.Sc Accounting/banking & Finance, ACA, Additional Qualification will be an added advantage.
  10 Years on the job experience, 5 years of which must be in a Management position. Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an added advantage.
