  Our Client:
  Engineering & Construction Companies currently searching for a competent candidate to fill the post of Head, Corporate Services.

  
  

  Qualifications:
  minimum of Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably social sciences or administration.
  Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration is compulsory.

  
  

  Experience/Requirement:
  Minimum of 7 years cognate experience of which at least three (3) must have been at a supervisory/managerial level.
  Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management will be an added advantage.

  
  

  Responsibilities:
  Define people management and human resource development strategies.
  Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, Articulate and develop HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance by staff.
