Movirtu Limited, require skillful, dynamic and resourceful individual to fill the vacant post of Project Account Manager.
JOB VACANCY - PROJECT ACCOUNT MANAGER.Location: Lagos - Nigeria
JOB PURPOSE:Under the Supervision and reporting to the VP operations the on-site Account Manager is responsible for managing the Movirtu project at Telcom Operator.
PRIMARY DUTIES:Proactively manage day to day interactions with operators on all aspects of solution deployment including but not limited to problem resolution, forecasting, synch sessions
Providing feedback to product management/ R&D team for improvement / feedback of technical and commercial requirements ensuring the deployed solutions meets SLA.
Establishing and maintain strong relationships with Customer and NGO’s by communicating through meetings, verbal, written and email forms.
Project manage pilots including but not limited to recruiting of sales team and training of VPO’s
Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports
Work with Movirtu developers and operational team to ensure the deployed Movirtu
solution meets SLA.
Respond to request from the VP operations and Key Customers in an efficient and timely
manner.
Accountability to deliver timely results
Ensure adherence to all Movirtu Limited company policies and procedures.
Any other duties deemed necessary to meet corporate objectives.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5 - 8 years experience in a mobile telecom company in a sales, marketing or account management role
Demonstrate understanding of the current market place and broad understand on the mobile telecom network, success in creating partnerships and delivering results
Business focused background with proven ability to understand and address technology.
Must be able to understand and discuss the technology whilst transferring to the business objectives
Strong presentation and listening skills with excellent with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong.
Willingness to travel
Experience in value added services, MNP number portability, roaming services in GSM mobile networks.
Understanding of voice services in GSM mobile telecom networks.
Like protocols (SS7, ISUP, CAMEL, MAP) and the major network components (IN, HLR, etc.).
Education Level: BA Degree
Fluent in English, Yoruba, written and spoken
SKILLS: Strong Work Ethic an core values (honesty and integrity)
Very Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent report writing, analytical and project management skills
Detail-oriented
Proven ability to collaborate across global teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate meetings and
develop relationships internal and externally
Strong customer facing skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
