  Chief Operating Officer.
  
  Job Responsibility:
  CEO directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Group CEO and the Board.
  Leads and directs operations, human resources, information systems, traffic, new business coordination, and agency promotion.
  Assist the Group CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover operations, personnel, financial performance, and growth of the business of the business units mentioned above.
  
  Qualifications & Requirements:
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  MBA is an added advantage.
  Ten + years experience in Business Management, Brand Management and Client Service Management.
  Track record of growing and sustaining business profitability is required.
  Experience within both client and agency business is an added advantage.
