  Head, Capacity Development & Talent Sourcing.
  
  Jobs Role & Responsibilities:
  The incumbent will be responsible for both company's training function and third party consultancy training, using knowledge of the principles and methods of curriculum and training organization.
  Undertake marketing of training programme to clients that are relevant to various courses, workshops or seminars on continuous basis.
  Designing and Implementation of business marketing strategy to attract suitable clients for the various training and technical recruitment services rendered by the company.
  Designing and developing training and development programmes based on the requirements of clients.
  Conduct evaluation of the performance of instructors and the result of the training programms, make recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the training.
  
  Jobs Qualifications:
  First degree in engineering or sciences.
  A relevant masters degree is an advantage.
  Must have a minimum of 6 years related experience in organizing and running training programs with understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery or e-learning packages.
  He/She must be articulate with remarkable interpersonal skills.
