  Nigerian Stock Exchange, required the service of a competent, skillful and result oriented personnel to fill the position of Operating Lease Executive.

  Job Qualification:
  The Ideal Candidates will have 5-6 years experience in operating lease marketing, administration and monitoring.
  He/she must be able to show demonstrable business development skills and previous experience in selling operating leases to medium sized and large corporates.
  
  Job Responsibility:
  Sound expertise in development processes and product (operating lease) marketing.
  Good knowledge of the varied aspects of assect management.
  Solid operating lease computation skills including evaluating residual value.
  Good knowledge of assert life cycle management.
  Good understanding of the nuances of fleet management.
  Effective lease assert procurement strategies
  Proper understanding of varied risks inherent in operating leases.
  Ability to gauge varied approaches to remarketing.
  Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  
  Educational Requirements:
  Undergraduate degree in Accounting or any other Business discipline with at least 5-5 years post- NYSC experience in Operating Lease in a Financial Institution are desirable.
  Additional professional certifications / qualifications such as ACA, or an MBA are a strong plus.
