  Nigerian Stock Exchange, seeking to strengthen our workforce by filling the position of Corporate Finance Executive.
  
  Corporate Finance Executive
  
  Job Qualification:
  The Ideal Candidate will have 4-5 years experience in the financial services industry particularly, in The Nigerian Capital Market.
  The Candidate must have excellent knowledge of financial instruments, inssuance of prospectuses and investment management.
  
  Job Responsibility:
  Solid quantitativ skills to suppor thorough understanding and analysis of financial data
  Superior writing, editing public speaking and presentation skills and the ability to succinctly descibe complex financial structures and products.
  Ability to write standard research reports.
  Good portfolio/Fund Management skills.
  Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  Good interpersonal skills.
  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a high pressure business environment.
  
  Educational Requirements:
  Undergraduate degree in any Business discipline, Accounting or Economics with at least 4-5 years post - NYSC work experience in an investment banking institution.
  Additional professional certifications/qualifications such as ACA, ACS, CFA or an MBA are a strong plus.
