VACANCY - FINANCE CONTROLLER.
Requirements:
First degree, ACCA/ACA + MBA
Good Financial analysis / interpretation
Knowledge of all accounting disciplines
Good knowledge of accounts / finance
Good strategic planning and management skill
Environmental/industry analysis.
Knowledge of enterprise or other account software
Strong interpersonal relations and leadership skill
Not less than 5 years senior accounting experience in a large or medium organization
VACANCY - CONTRACT & LEGAL SERVICE OFFICER.
Requirements:
First degree in Law with on MBA/Professional certificate, plus
Advocacy, mediation and arbitration
knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory framework
Legal drafting, legislation & compliance
Legislative intelligence and advisory
Litigation management
Knowledge of Nigerian law
Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques
At least experience of 3-5 years in commercial, corporate, civil and entertainment law
Knowledge of contract, negotiation & drafting of sponsorship and general media contract
VACANCY - ACCOUNTANT.
Requirements:
B. Sc/ HND in Account / Finance
Keeping records of all financial transactions including bank statements
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
Ability to advice the Managing director on available windows of funding including procurement and utilizations in compliance with all financial statutory requirements
