  Head Of Operation
  Qualification:
  Must have a degree in Architecture and at least three years hands-on experience in architecture with 3D drawing experience.
  Preferred candidates must be resourceful and quite pragmatic with excellent written and communication skills.
  He/she must have good knowledge of the Business Environment.
  Must be ambitious, self driven, result oriented, must be IT literate.
  
  Marketing Executives
  Qualification:
  Preferred candidates must have a clear understanding of construction industry.
  Must be able to initiate and sustain market intelligence gathering and provide feed back to management as a tool to planning and decision making with the aim of increasing company market share.
  Must be able to design develop and execute business strategies for marketing company products/services and manage clients relationship.
  A minimum of first degree in any discipline with 2-3 years experience in marketing
  
  Head of Marketing
  Qualification:
  Ideal candidates must have a degree in marketing or business development and a minimum of 4 years practical experience in marketing, in addition he/she should have they following characteristics.
  A pleasant personality, strong analytical skills strong marketing networking skills excellent communication skills with good knowledge of the business environment.
  Candidates must be ambitious, self driven result oriented and focused professionals.
  
  Marketer
  Qualification:
  This position require a first degree in computer related discipline and a hands on experience in internet on line marketing
  
  Drivers
  Qualification:
  must have at least SSCE certificate in addition to a valid drivers incense.
  Must have at least 5 years driving experience must be conversant with Lagos routes the preferred candidate should reside in lekki or Ajah Lagos.
