NG Careers { www.ng-careers.com} Agency is mandated by New Multinational Telecoms Company to publish the post of Repair Engineer Technical operations in Nigeria.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science from reputed Universities.
Knowledge of IP domain and devices (Tx and IP).
Knowledge of Network Management system (NMS).
Strong knowledge of fiber, DWDM, PDH & SDH transmission.
Working knowledge of IP/MPLS network
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) will be an added advantage.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Fault Analysis and troubleshooting of SDH and PDH links.
- Resolution of technical complaints.
- Commissioning and integration of microwave and optical fiber links.
- Root cause analysis and outages mitigation planning.
- Arranging for spares and inventory..
