  HEAD TEACHER
  N.C.E.Ed, Masters in Education and minimum of 5yrs
  
  Classroom Teachers and Assistants
  TC1/NTI & NCE (CLASSROOM TEACHERS)
  NCE AND B.Ed (CLASSROOM TEACHERS)
  Teachers Certificate Grade 11(TC11)/ NT1/National Diploma (Assistant Teachers)
  
  Preschool Teachers
  The successful candidates must be qualified to teach (TC11, NTI, NCE) Montessori training is an advantage and need to show genuine interest and passion for working with children and families.
  Must also have knowledge and experience of programming and planning for children aged 2-5yrs and be able to observe and record children's learning and development.

  Key Attributes
  We are looking for applicants who have excellent interpersonal and excellent organizational skills and are also experienced in working with children, including those with special needs.
  
  They also must be:
  Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and able to demonstrate a genuine care for the individual child.
  Prepare to plan, develop, and teach prorams that cater for the individual needs of each child in his/her care
  Able to incorporate a variety of teaching/learning strategies.
  Able to maintain open communication with parents and work colleagues in building and maintaining a supportive and encouraging team environment
  Keep acccurate and updated ongoing records and prepare reports.
  
  Applicants must be fluent in both oral and written communication. Computer Literacy is an added advantage.
