    African telecommunications company Urgently looking for a competent applicant to fill this vacant of Service Manager

    Service Manager
    Qualification:
    University graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics and other numerical Sciences from reputed institutes.
    MBA degree will be an added advantage.
    Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
    Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Experience:
    7-10 years post graduation work experience.
    Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Customer Service/Service Assurance/NOC environment with a Telecom/IT company.
    Technical understanding of IP, MPLS VPN, IPLC, NPLC, Data Centre Solutions and Value Added Services.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    Manage clients and accounts assigned as well as build good rapport and relationships to ensure business growth.
    Improve customer satisfaction levels by ensuring that clients receive adequate levels of service.
    Update and provide all necessary accounts information to support business decisions.
    Analyze the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
    Prepare and present project solutions / proposals to clients, including performing product demonstrations if required.
