  Jobs Responsibilities:
  Role holder is responsible for floor activities while ensuring profitable operations by exceeding brand volume and high standards of services are maintained.
  
  Job Qualification:
  First degree in Business management or related discipline with relevant professional qualifications with 5 years work experience in similar work environment.

  Jobs Responsibilities:
  Role holder is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant which includes operational performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, Food Preparation & Production Administration and Auditing.
  
  Jobs Qualification:
  First degree in the social sciences from a recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years work experience and Membership of a recognized professional institute will be an advantage.
  Knowledge of Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, Safety and Security systems and procedures, computer operations.

  Jobs Responsibilities:
  Role holder is responsible for purchasing activities of a specific category and is expected to source for suppliers, negotiate, and processes payments while maintaining adequate inventory levels.
  
  Jobs Qualification:
  First degree in any of the disciplines from a reputable university and willing to travel.
