Our Client:
Ire City Products Ltd was established in 2008 to take over the moribund asset of Ondo State Brick works Limited which was established in 1981.
The factory which has been shut down since 1998 is being rehabilitated by Ekiti State Government and Odu'a Investment Company Ltd.
The rehabilitation exercise which began in 2009 has reached an advance stage.
The factory will be commissioned in the week of December 2012 and is expected to resume commercial operation in January2013.
Ire Clay Products Ltd is designed to produce 20 million Bricks per annum of different sizes of red burnt brick ranges from fencing Bricks, sum Breakers, Load Bearing wall facing lintel and decking materials.
Ire Clay Products Ltd, have exciting placement for suitably qualified candidate in the following vacancies:
Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Accountant, this role is (1) responsible for performing general accounting and financial reporting function (2) management accounting and taxation matters.
Qualification/Experience:
First degree in accounting from a reputable University.
Master degree will be an advantage.
Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA).
Minimum of six (5) years progressive experience in accounting and budget administration in manufacturing and /or construction industry.
Knowledge and practical experience of IFRS will be an added advantage.
Account Officers/Trainees
Qualification/Experience:
BSC/HND in Accounting / Finance can apply for this position.
