Our Client:AfricCon Blogspot Agency Agency is mandated by a multinational company to recruit a Head of Corporate Communication for its operations in Nigeria.
Job Description:Sets and achieves Corporate Communication strategy, business goals and budget targets by increasing positive business profile, ensuring all messages are consistent with the overall brand meet company standards to maintain and promote the positive image on behalf of the organization.
Manages all communications staff, including public relations, media relations and community relations team members to ensure adequate and appropriate messaging.
Qualifications / Experience:Minimum a university degree. A post graduate degree a plus.
Must be allowed to work in Nigeria
At least 5 years experience in Corporate/Public Relations
At least 4 years experience within industy
Experience in managing a multicultural organization and staff
Highly flexible and can adapt to a fast pace environment
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Good leadership qualities
