Job Description
The Plant Manager will manage company fleet of equipment, trucks, and vehicles.
The position is based in Lagos
Job Qualifications
University/College degree, with specific training and background in management. A graduate degree would be an advantage.
Minimum 5 years experience in industry with additional related work experience
High energy and commitment to business results
Strong consultative, communication and influence skills
Job Responsibilities
The Plant Manager's role, mainly in road construction, inlude but are not limited to:
• Manage company fleet of equipment, trucks, and vehicles.
• Manage drivers and technical and maintenance staff.
• Manage asphalt plant.
• Administration of expenses.
• Purchasing of raw material.
• Control of raw material.
• Control of fuel consumption.
• All other related tasks.
