Our Client:AfricCon Blogspot Agency is mandated by an oil and gas services Firm to recruit an Installation Manager for its operations in Nigeria.
Job Description:Head responsibility to achieve installation goals particular to location.
Provide general supervision of Field Service Managers assisting departmental objectives.
Supervise hiring, recruiting and training needs for installation staff.
Schedule and perform with top profile VIP accounts every day.
Review performance and respond to escalated and resolving problems.
Qualifications / Experience:A University degree in any Engineering field
Must be a certified OIM
Various technical, Management, safety and other related course
3-year experience in Oil/Gas industry, with at least 5 years experience in supervising multi-ethnic and multi-skilled workforce.
Able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and responsibility
Good track record of effective leadership skills in multi – disciplined oil and gas environment.
Must be conversant with the relevant codes, regulations, standards and safe practices applicable in the Oil and Gas industry.
Have an establish record as an OIM, with well developed communication, writing and reporting skills
