Job Description:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales revenue from all service channels.
He/ Provides direct supervision to all outlets to ensure outlets sales and performance, while ensuring necessary resources are made available to achieve successful sales and monitoring adherence to service standards.
S/He would report to the Managing Director.
Qualifications & Experience:
B.sc in Business Administration or any Managerial science course
Minimum 6 years experience
At least 2 years managerial experience in project management/ customer relations
Conflict resolution and crisis management skills as well as business acumen
Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS office applications
Demonstrate a high level of initiative
Team oriented and performance driven
