This role will require very good knowledge and management skills in Training and development, recruitment, compensation management and administration..

Job Qualifications
Qualified to degree or diploma level in Human Resource Management
Previous contract within Construction sector with relevant experience in a similar role will be an added Advantage
3-5 years’ experience with practical knowledge in Human Resource Management
