Chelsea have confirmed that they have agreed terms with both Willian and Anzhi Makhachkala for the transfer of the attacking midfielder. Jose Mourinho is looking to complete a double swoop after it was also revealed the Blues are in talks with the Russian club over striker Samuel Eto'o.
