Chelsea have revealed that they have agreed terms with both Willian and Anzhi Makhachkala for the transfer of the attacking midfielder.
The Brazil international, 25, seemed set to sign for Tottenham after undertaking a medical at the club on Thursday, but Chelsea came in with a late bid.
The transfer is subject to a work permit hearing on Wednesday.
