KCSSA west Africa Limited, required the service of qualified experienced, dynamic and self motivated personnel for the position below:
Vacancy - Learning & Development Practitioner.
Main Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
Provide a dedicated one stop learning and development service to respective departments.
Facilite and assist with the CDR process for operational employees.
Conduct a GAP analysis based on CDR outcome, fulfilling learning and development needs.
Developing and updating learning marterial and ensure all documentation are in line with the current best practice.
Conduct comprehency assessments of existing operational employees on bi-annual basis.
Competencies:
Good planning oganizing, leading and controlling skills.
High standard of facilitation, training and presentation skills.
Leadership and mentoring skills.
Qualification:
BSc/HND in Science or Engineering.
5 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
Membership of NTAD will be an added advantage.
