A software development firm engaged in large scale development projects urgently require experienced graduates in to fill below position:
Vacancy - Contract & Legal Service Officer.
Requirements:
First Degree in Low with an MBA/Professional certificate added advantage.
Advocacy, mediation and abitation.
Knowledge of legal, statutory and regulatory framework.
Legal drafting.
Legislation & compliance.
Legislative intelligence and advisory.
Litigation Management.
Alternate Dispute Resolution techniques.
Knowledge of Nigerian Laws.
Knowledge of contract negotiation & drafting of sponsorship and general media contact.
Minimum experience 3-5 years work experience in commercial, corporate, civil and entertainment law.
