    Territory Manager - Needed

    Job Description:
    Commencing with Lagos as a base, Dig deeper into Nigerian market, develop market size reports and market share mapping, and align brand sales path ahead.
    Develop & ensure implementation of sales strategies designed for maximum brand penetration and profitability.
    Increase penetration in interior markets coordinating with our distribution partners, Devise and Drive coherent sales push and pull strategies.
    Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
    New product identification/development and deployment.
    Periodical reports to head office.

    Eligibility Criteria:
    Indian Nationality, preferably an MBA or equivalent, min.
    7 to 8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, should have lived in Nigeria for at least 2 year having in-depth knowledge of local markets and its dynamics, holding Management orientation, expected to have excellent communication & computer application skills.
    With no reservations to travel.
    Resource is expected to be self-motivated, self-driven and highly responsive to market conditions.
    Would be an important link between Head Office & Market point.

    Sales & Marketing Representative - Needed

    Job Description.
    Assisting the Territory manager in digging deeper into market potentials.
    Aligning brand sales path.
    Contribute in implementating sales strategies & ensuring brand penetration.
    Identify gaps in distribution for appropriate action.
    Lead a merchandising team to stage campaigns & promotions for brand development.
    Should be able to number crunch & evolve schemes for branch promotions.

    Eligibility Criteria:
    Nigerian/African National, Degree/Diploma Holder, Specialization in Sales and Marketing, Having Minimum 5 years Work Experience in hardcore sales and distribution preferably in the Nigerian market, Preference will be given to profiles having worked with FMCG companies, excellent communication skills required.
    Candidates with previous exposure to implementation of marketing and promotion campaigns will be preferred.
    Should have no reservations to visit any part of Nigeria as job requires extensive travel.
