Head Finance and Account
Key Responsibilities:
The Head Finance and Account is a strategic partner in running the business and plays a crucial role in providing central financial direction to the business unit.
The Head Finance and Account will oversee all financial functions, including the development of financial policies, business strategies, top management financial reports, studies, forecasts and strategic business evaluations, in line with best practice and international accounting standards, in order to meet the business objectives. The Head Finance and Account will also provide sound evaluation and business reports on all matters having financial implications, including new business proposals and ventures.
The Business Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Accountant will maintain and update company's records and books, Supervising accounting staff, Analyze the financial statements for financial performance indicators and trends, Implementing and monitoring financial systems and controls, Direct the preparation of the company's budget and forecasts, prepare necessary supporting documentation and justifications.
Team Lead Chief Risk Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Team Lead Risk will design and implement an overall risk management pocess for the organization while managing the process of identifying and assessing the risks affecting the business. The Team Lead will also oversee, and in some areas implement, the plan of risk control actions amongst other functions. Successful candidates must be willing to travel at short notice.
Team Lead Risk & Compliance Officer
The successful candidates will amongst other have responsibility for undertaking audits of policies, processes and guidelines to ensure that standards are compiled with and also ensuring that all company assets are properly safeguarded and secured. successful candidates must be willing to travel at short notice.
Required Qualifications:
Experience (8 years and above) in a senior financial-management role.
Bs.c in economics, finance, or accounting, is required.
Must be a chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA)
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organisation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Age: 32 - 40 years old.
Required Qualifications
Must have Minimum of six years cognate experience from working in a reputable firm.
Bs.c in Economics, finance, or accounting, is required.
Must be a chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA).
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.
Age: 32 - 40 years old
Required Qualifications
Minimum of eight years experience from a reputable firm.
B.Sc/HND in Acounting or related field (minimum of 2nd Class Upper.
Possession of ACCA or ACA will be an added advantage.
Persistence and assertiveness, an eye for detail and ability to complete projects.
A detailed knowledge of the operations of your own organisation and the environment.
Age: 30 - 35 years old.
Required Qualifications:
B.Sc/HND in Accounting or related field (minimum of 2nd Class Upper)
ACA, ACCA qualification will be an added advantage.
Auditing/internal control background experience is essential for this position.
Minimum of 3 years working experience.
Age: Not more than 28 years old.
