  Sales/Marketing
  
  Manager: NMT/J/SMM
  
  Job Description:
  Candidates will be responsible for formulation of sales plan and coordination of marketing and sales activities in the areas of market structure, market trend, market share, sales methods, distribution and competititors' products.
  Develop innovative business models, branding and marketing approaches for all company's product lines.
  Work with all stakeholders in product design and production to facilitate our product uniqueness and customers' patronage.
  Prepare annual sales and marketing budget and monitor budget performance.
  Manage sales force and develop distribution network capable of marketing and selling Nigeria Machine Tools product lines in local and international market.
  Plan, coordinate, liaise with designers and printers to deliver marketing and promotional marterials to deadlines.
  
  Requirements:
  Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing or other related discipline with 12 years hands on industry experience.
  Candidate must be conversant with sales and marketing delveriables in manufacturing outfits.
  
  Sales/Marketing Executives: NMT/J/SME
  
  Job Description:
  Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives.
  Conduct market research and competitors analysis as well as asses viability of potential new products of the company.
  Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after sales service of maximize sales, customers satisfaction and retention.
  Forecast sales volume, profit margin and net profit as well achieve clearly defined mutually agreed revenue/gross profit targets.
  
  Requirements:
  Bachelor Degree in Marketing Engineering, purchasing or other related disciplines with 5 years hands on industry experience.

  Maintenance.
  
  Maintenance Manager: NMT/H/MM
  
  Job Description:
  Candidates will be responsible for coordinating all equipment maintenance activities involving plant and machineries, electrical/electronics, auto-mobile and fire service maintenance.
  Plan, organize and supervise the plant facility maintenance operations.
  Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance programs based on best practices in the iron & steels industry.
  Coordinate, assigns, directs, daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedule for the plant.
  
  Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures-Develops specifications and make recommendations on capital equipment purchases.
  Maintain appropriate docuementation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs, work orders and other operating reports for all NMT facility.
  
  Requirements:
  Bsc/HND Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 12 years hands on experience in Equipment and Production Plant Maintenance.
  Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
  Must
  
  Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical): NMT/H/MS/M
  
  Job Description:
  Candidates will be responsible for planning of materials (consumables) and spare parts for machine maintenance.
  Execution of routine maintenance programs including weekly preventive maintenance.
  Coordinate or install, inspects, repairs and maintain the mechanical installation in the plant.
  Coordinate and inspect major contract works on mechanical systems within plant.
  Keeps time card and other routine records for plant maintenance.
  
  Requirements:
  Bsc/HND Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines with 7 years handson experience in Equipment and Production Plant Maintenance.
  Higher qualifications and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical and related systems in a massive plant facility is a must.
  Must be able to understand complex written and oral instructions.
  
  Mechanical Technicians: NMT/H/MT
  
  Job Description:
  Candidates will be responsible for general fittings, machining, repairs, overhauling of breakdown machines and equipments.
  Effect minor mechanical repairs and inspection of equipment.
  Operate machinery and equipments.
  Support the maintenance supervisor in carrying out mechanical maintenance function within the plant.
  
  Requirements:
  OND Mechanical Engineering or City & Guilds of London related disciplines with 5 yeaers hands on experience in Equipment and production plant maintnenance.
  Ability to understand verbal and written instructions as well as thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions is a must for the safe performance in using equipment to complete assigned tasks.
