Our Client:
world-class Nigerian Organization; a major player in hospitality and leisure business, beverages and bottling services, located in Delta State requires the services of result-oriented, competent and suitably qualified Estate Manager for its luxurious, eco-friendly resort and bottling facilities, which are both situated in Oria-Abraka in Delta State.
Role & Responsibilities:
Management and supervision of the Resort and Bottling facility.
Co-ordinate and manage all activities of subordinates, contractors & suppliers and write reports in a timely manner.
Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the country club and bottly facility to a high standard.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Facilitie or Estate Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.
2-5 years hands-on experience in hospitality and hotel management.
Good Communication Skills, verbal and written.
Interpersonal Skills.
Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
Computer literacy is mandatory.
Certification in hospitality/hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added advantage.
In addition, a married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above-mentioned fields, and may be considered for a position at the resort or bottling facility.
