Qualification:
Skills and Competencies
Adequate Post-qualification experience in professional practice environment is essential.
Adequate leadership with good performance management skills.
Adequate Business Management skills.
Adequate Supervision and coaching skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Highly credible with high ethical standard.
Highly numerate with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in the use of the computer.
Applicant's Specification:
Age: Between 32-35 years.
A first degree/equivalent in Accounting from a reputable Instruction.
Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience required
Must be a member of recognised professional accounting body e.g ICAN, ICAEW, ICMA, ACCA.

Age: Between 22-25years
A first degree/equivalent in Accounting from a reputable Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class OR Upper Credit
Experience in Professional practices environment is a plus.

Proficient in the use of the Computer.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
