  VACANCY - RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS.
  
  key Responsibilities:
  accountable for growing the market and customer base and achieve profitable targets set for the branch through leadership of sales activities
  grow low cost liability and tenured deposits, acquire new business and retain existing relationship.
  supervise all branch’s business development and marketing efforts towards attracting new customers and develop customer portfolio
  monitor the provision of services to existing and potential customers interested in new deposit, account relationship and local business
  monitor all branch staff to ensure prompt delivery of customer service and resolution of all customer complaints
  
  Requirements:
  BSC or its equivalent
  related professional qualification
  MBA is added advantage
  at least 10 years banking experience
  experience of financial services and banking regulatory provisions and related operating sector
  good record of credit origination and low cost deposit mobilization
  Computer literate
  excellent problem solving, planning and negotiating skills
