  Call For Application:
  Somotex Nigeria Limited, looking to employ suitable qualified candidate to fill vacant post of;
  
  JOB VACANCY - SENIOR LEGAL DEBT & RECOVERY OFFICER.
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Review and actively collect debts referred by Credit Control within a timely period set by management and make key decisions on negotiation, settlement, and arrangements before recommending Legal Action, whilst being aware of all cost implications.
  Achieve goals and targets set by Management on Collections and update the access system with new cases and payments
  Keep a record of payment arrangements internally, as well as payments made to Solicitors.
  Send new cases recommended for Legal Action to out-sourced suppliers
  Review and upload recommended cases for Legal Action on Money Claims Online.
  Post Judgment cases to be reviewed and passed for internal Enforcement.
  Assist the Supervisor on Defended cases, including occasional attendance to Small Claims hearings.
  Ensure all figures for Solicitors are updated on a Monthly basis in time for Monthly team meetings.
  Assist and attend review meetings with all Suppliers on and off site.
  
  REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
  Strong negotiation organizational skills
  Able to work under pressure and produce statistical reports and information promptly
  Ability to make key decisions without supervision
  Understanding of Legal Procedures.
