    Vacancy - Senior Consultants.

    Job Detail:

    Our Client, a management consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria with enviable track record in providing corporate strategy and institution development services to Large Corporate Organizations, the Public Sector and International Development Agencies seeks to employ Senior Consultants to fill positions arising from expansion and the increasing market demand for its quality services.

    The Successful Candidates will:
    Provide customized, business-focused consulting and strategy assistance to clients.
    Provide advisory services in diverse areas including human resources, business strategy development, change mangement, financial management, monitoring and evaluation etc.
    Conduct research and handle project monitoring for clients.
    Manage and lead implementation of development projects for international donor agencies.
    Identify and secure new business opportunities and renew existing client engagements.
    Make presentations and deliverables for client engagements.

    The successful candidates will report directly to the Managing Consultant.

    Qualifications and Attributes:
    A first degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business administration or related discipline from a reputable institution.
    A master's degree in relevant field and a relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
    PhD holders are also encouraged to apply.
    Minimum of 10 years professional experience in a management consulting company or strategy formulating environment.
    Be multi-skilled in diverse areas including human resources, business strategy development, change management, research, finance, monitoring and evaluation, etc.
    High proficiency in the use of IT and developing and articulating logical solutions to client business challenges.
    Strong writing and interpersonal skills combined with outstanding relationship and business development capabilities.
    High level of professionalism, exemplary teamwork and excellent leadership skills.

    Vacancy - Programme Manager.

    Job Detail:

    Our Client, a registered non-governmental organization in Lagos, Nigeria is in search of a programme manager.
    Our Client is focused on health, education, economic development and improving the outcomes of social developmental projects through capacity building and targeted social intervention projects with low income communities.

    The Successful Candidate will:
    Initiate and ensure effective implementation of the board approved strategies.
    Monitor and evaluate the implementation of development projects.
    Coordinate welfare and capacity building programmes and interactions with relevant communities and stakeholders.
    Constantly develop new projects and livelihood development initiatives.
    Lead drive for sponsorships of various projects and activities.
    Ensure effective management of the resources of the organization.
    Provide consulation and technical assistance to stakeholders as appropriate.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to projects as per donor requirements.
    Establish and ensure open and transparent communication with the Board of Trustees.

    The successful candidate will report directly to the Board of Trustees.

    Qualifications and Attributes:
    A first degree, preferably in humanities, public health, social sciences or related discipline from a reputable institution.
    A master's degree in relevant field will be an added advantage.
    Minimum of 7 years professional experience with related NGO focus.
    Strong interpersonal skills combined with outstanding relationship and business development capabilities.
