AfricCon Blogspot Recruitment Agency is mandated by a trading company that represents international fragrance & cosmetic brands in Nigeria to recruit a Head Human Resources and Administration for its operations.
Job Description
The Head Human Resources and Administration Support the Managing Director to ensure the effective management and motivation of the workforce. He/She leads the conceptualisation, design, development and delivery of HR and Administration systems, structures, processes and policies and develops the capabilities of the workforce to ensure optimal contribution.
He/she would report to the Managing Director
Job Qualifications
B.sc in Social sciences, Humanities or any related course (Professional qualification would be an added advantage)
Minimum 6 years experience in HR role
At least 2 years managerial experience
Knowledge of recruitment and manpower planning
Knowledge of Labour laws and business acumen
Have excellent communication & execution skills
Problem solving and organisational skills
