Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for concerned with the maintenance and audit of business accounts and the preparation of consultant reports in finance. He /She would review existing procedures and recommending improvements in the existing system.
He/she would report to the Manager – Accounts.
Job Qualifications
B.sc in accounting, finance, economics or a related field (Masters is an added advantage)
ACCA, ICAN etc qualification
Minimum of 5 years of tax experience
Minimum 3 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Knowledgeable in all accounting principles and standards
Understands the IFRS rules
Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrate a high level of initiative
Team oriented and performance driven
