Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission. He /She would play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
The position is based in Lagos.
Job Qualifications
B.sc (Masters is an added advantage)
Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
At least 2 years experience in project / contract management
Must have proven excellent logistics and project management skills
Excellent financial, budget and sales management skills
Must have excellent leadership and people management skills
Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
Demonstrate a high level of initiative
Team oriented and performance driven
