Job Description
The Onsite Support Analyst will be responsible for computer hardware, software and peripherals. He/she will be in charge of the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests and connectivity issues. The Onsite Support Specialist also enforces the company’s desktop and laptop policies and procedures.
He/she will Report to the Service Team Leader (Onsite Support) and GeoMarket IT Manager.
The position is based in in Lagos.
Job Qualifications
Must have a degree in B.Sc/B.Eng in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Qualified to degree level in Computer science or an IT related course
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Must be fluent in English
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Ability to write technical support documentation a plus
Excellent customer interface skillsnd
Excellent Communication skills
